Donate an Item NowWe will celebrate the school's largest fundraising event on Saturday, April 13, 2019, at The Warehouse in Colorado Springs. It is sure to be "A Night of the Stars" as we support students and programs at The Colorado Springs School.
It's a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) event as we will once again boast our tech-savvy platform with online ticketing, mobile bidding, pre-swiped credit cards, bidding scoreboards and easy electronic check-out! Can't join us at the event, no problem --- bid with us from around the world using this platform. Text your bids to be part of all the action. Auction items will be displayed for preview the week leading up to our event. Register and receive a text message alert when bidding opens! All registered bidders agree to comply with the auction rules.
Tickets: This year we will offer a $99 per person Earlybird Ticket. Tables for eight people can be reserved at the for $1000. Otherwise, seating is open. Tickets will be $109 per person after April 3, 2019.
Attire: The committee wants to celebrate with a black & white (+blue) gala theme! The "Colorado Cool" decor of the night will sparkle and so should you - in black, white (+blue) colors. From dark suits and blue ties to cocktail dresses or crisp jeans, a button-down shirt, and a blazer - you choose your best black, white (+blue) look!
Childcare: is available through a special Saturday Night Out for K-5th grade students.
Schedule of Events: 7:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. - The Gala & Auction will feature a silent auction, cork & bottle pull, raise your paddle, appetizers & dessert, complimentary beer/wine, and an entertaining evening with supporters of the school. The gala and auction is school's largest fundraising event.
